Because it's one of the most deeply intimate things you can do with a person that also has the ability to create life. There's a reason why r*pe victims are deeply scared and mortified when sex was misused against them. I would also argue that secular people are more obsessed with then religious people. Because they have entire , months, events, clubs, parades, and shows specifically devoted to sex and sexuality.

Fun fact - Jesus (Jeshua) never said he saves you. The scriptures when translated into english PROPERLY actually speak about how jesus tried to teach everyone how to save themselves.. he was almost agnostic, his mission was to diamantle the insane Jewish/aramaic faith of a judgemental father. Jesus continually told everyone that we all are equal sons of the father, not him specifically. Aramaic word for equal is 'Son' Yeah yeah yeah you're going to reply with some priest indoctrinated bible passage to prove me wrong. Its well established that the bible translation from aramaic, to greek to early english MISINTERPRETED words. So the narrative was changed. And then concepts like 'hell' and 'rapture' and 'saviour' were literally added 1400 years later by men whom never spoke to Jesus. And of the 100's of gospels that were written at the time of jesus that specifically state that Jesus taught us to look within ourselves (meditation) to find God, all those gospels were deleted becaue they didnt align with the incorrect, biased view of the church that wanted fundamental position to speak on behalf of Jesus... Which is an insult to Jesus as he specifically tried to dismantle that very notion of a controlling church that spoke of a wrathful father. Proper translations (Aramaic); Son - equal nature of Sin - unknowing Repent - think differently Rapture - literally added 400 years ago, prior to that there was no biblical concept of the end of the World. I am - name of the fathers consciousness in the world Christ - state given to knowing, like buddha (not a last name) Heaven - state of peace within yourself by knowing God Jesus - not his real name, the letter J didn't exist back then. It was closer to Yezuā or Yeshuwā The famous passage by John, whom was agnostic LOL 😅 "I am the way, the truth, the life, none come to the father before me" Heavily misunderstood statement. Jesus never spoke as a man, but the father spoke THROUGH jesus as Christ (john 5:19) The true meaning of the passage is this - God speaks and says "My consciousness is the way, the truth and is your life, you cannot know this by your own means, only by understand you as me" God is saying that in order to meet the father in heaven, you must realise Christ, it is the only way. Which is the second coming, the second coming isn't a global event, it's individual. And by that i mean, you must realise it your self 🙏🏼
