I don’t know why anybody isn’t mentioning this. Still, in the episode with the man in white, the kids didn’t see the cool-aid was lethal and when peter decided to propose a toast for Stewie's birthday (he and meg did not know the cool-aid was poisonous) but when Peter and Meg we're about to drink the cool-aid Peter checked the time on his watch before peter and meg left. The kids, not knowing this drank the cool-aid and dropped dead, and when Peter looked back in the building, he made a snide remark to meg about something like how people are even willing to kill themselves so as not to spend time with meg.

Peter didn't see them die. Him and Meg never realized it was a cult and for comedic effect Peter was completely un-phased by a room of dead kids and associated it with him trying to ask them if they wanted to come to Meg's birthday party. To be fair, people actually have killed themselves and done other extremely irrational things to avoid being with Meg or even looking at her.

Wdym? He admitted multiple times he likes to kill people. He is a pedophile which is really hard to be worse than that. He barely cares about his friends. He blows up houses. He abuses his children. Blows up hospitals, and more. He once said he throws shotputs in the crowd sometimes and make it look like am accident. He was caught in 4K infront of hus close friends (one being a cop) and Jesus himself for being a pedo. He crushes Joe's legs by a literal tank, and just laughed it off. Sure, his legs doesn't work, but still. He keeps blowing Cleveland's roof off and plays it off like a joke. He bullies Meg all the time. He even once admitted he hates his children during a storm. He killed hundreds of innocent children by blowing up a hospitals because he thought vaccines were bad. And even after destroying thousands of lives, and causing billions of dollars on damage all because of an expired coupon, he still NEVER learns from his mistakes. His only redeemable quality is that he sometimes takes care of his friends and family. SOMETIMES.

Herbert does earn some good points for warning Chris about Franz, and standing up to him which protected Chris and several others from the Nazi. I really liked that episode a lot, because it showed a good side of Herbert that we don’t normally see. Apart from that, Herbert has done a few other good things like helping his niece get together with Chris, and showing patriotism for the U.S. in “Padre de Familia”, even if it wasn’t in the best way. Considering all of this, I wouldn’t place Herbert quite as far down the list, but it still doesn’t excuse his perverted acts toward children which makes him a very bad person.
