The update to the RTÉ report is that another family moved in to the "haunted house". The new occupants had no "ghostly" tales to regale Council officials or neighbours with. The Courtneys eventually agreed to move to a four bedroom Council house at McHugh Park in Ballymahon.

Looking forward to watching this. I grew up in a haunted house, it never bothered me, annoyance moreso, i heard things, saw things but my daughter hated my bedroom, something grabbed her ankle from under the bed in her teens, my mothers ankle was grabbed twice in bed. Mam didnt particularly like my bedroom either she said. It was an old cottage, over 100years old before it was added onto. Mam saw plenty, brothers heard things but I've since built a house and oh theres things going on! They've followed us to our new home! My 2 youngest have asked me "have you ever felt like someone is watching you but when you turn around theres no one there" i say no, dont want to scare them! Just today my youngest (7) said he heard someone say hello in the kitchen but no one there. I see things out of the corner of my eye, doors closing but no windows open and when i check, the door is wide open. But the big thing is in my home house there was a little girl, aged maybe 5, i saw her, heard her once but my daughter saw her regularly in my home house! We lived with my parents and there was a spare cot in my daughters room for when my nieces and nephews were in the house, my daughter would see this girl asleep in the cot, it freaked her out. Her toys would be changed (she had sylvanians), moved around or messed up but anyway about 3 weeks ago my daughter, now 22 came out of her bedroom and there standing outside my bedroom door was the little girl! I was like are you bloody serious! We've lived here about 5 years now and its really in the last year or so that I've felt something here but knly in the last 2 months or so am i hearing things (the doors closing) and now the little girl. I thought i left all that up in my home house!!! A cousin did ask me eould i get the house blessed but I'm afraid to incase it angers them and things escalate

Sorry to hear your going thru this. Get some sage and start in the basement and burn it going around all the walls. Open the closets and have the smoke from the sage in there as well. Keep doing this on all floors. On the top floor have an open window and finish there. Close the window afterwards. Get Holy Water and make the sign of The Cross on each door and window frame. The little girl could actually be a demon. I hope this helps.

This happened in our house in Dublin but the priest did come down to bless it. It calmed things down for a while but I was always terrified in that house as a child. All 8 of us saw things

I'm convinced now that hauntings poltergeists, even UFOs, aliens etc are all linked to what our ancestors referred to as the faerie folk. They manifest themselves according to the collective consciousness of the place they appear. Hollywood has influenced the psyche of the people that they now appear as UFOs, aliens etc almost everywhere now

Being a psychic, I'd say avoid houses with 13 on the door not a good omen and the son looks worried, it can all attract poltergeists. It's probably by a faerie rath or there's an angry ghost nearby. I had a wailing banshee outside my home pre Covid, my ancestors are from an olde Irish clan and certain people can predict ☠️💀 death or bad stuff I can tell straight away what's causing it upon entering a place and sometimes tell it to go home it needs psychic sprays or smudging i did that to my new mobile home 🏠 out in the wilds of Nottinghamshire. A little Jewish receptacle by the doorpost, called a Mezuzah, drives away spirits and poltergeists. Nothing gets past my front door unless it's an ancestor or guardian spirit now. Celtic places are riddled with these stories, as it's no ordinary land ✨✨
