Family members of Arlene Alvarez still reeling her death after shot, killed by robbery victim

The family of a 9-year-old girl killed after being shot by a robbery victim trying to get the person who robbed him is demanding justice. This after the shooting suspect was granted a $100,000 bond.

Wrong, the thief was gone but the guy with the gun thought he got in a passeby vehicle. He then decides to shoot at it thinking the thief was there. He shot the lil girl without even knowing who was inside the vehicle. This is manslaughter minimum.

There really isn't any case to pursue. The death was clearly an accident and an unintentional act. When police officers kill anyone because of the actions of someone committing a felony, usually the felon is charged with the murder even though he or she didn't pull the trigger. The young child's death is unfortunate but the 2nd Ammendment rights of the victim shouldn't be put on trial.

If he dumped on the car thinking they are somehow involved with the robber as the news claimed tho, he will most likely be charged. If he fired at the guy who robbed him, especially if at gun point, but missed and hit the car, then there is a slight chance for him to not be charged and everything put on the robber. If police fires at some random car passing by thinking they are together with the robbers they are chasing or something, even tho the robber is clearly outside the car, and kill someone innocent in the car as a consequence, they will be charged too. They have no right to fire at some random car on guesswork, especially when their life isn't in danger from the passing car. There is a big difference between the two scenarios...
