Family of 13 ❤️ What We Eat in a Week - Dinner!

See what it takes to keep our family fed! Our week does seem to revolve around what's for dinner. We are always trying to keep the meals fun, not too complicated, healthy, and budget friendly! This week was a bit of a zoo.... but then again all weeks are a bit of a zoo haha. Elijah had Juilliard college auditions on Wednesday and auditions for other music schools on Monday and Thursday.... lots to prepare for! We're all praying of course! Hi Happy Caravan family! A lovely video as always😍 Here is another inexpensive recipe which is always a big hit when I make with the kids in my home economics class. Maybe you want to try it someday. Ingredients (serves 4-5 hungry teenagers): 3 carrots 4 spring onions 300g pasta (works best with farfalle or elbow macaroni. I would not recommend fusilli as they absorb too much of the sauce). 200g heavy cream 1 veggie bouillon cube or 1 1/2 tsp vegeta or powdered vegetable stock (i.e. Knorr) Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Wash and peel carrots and cut into thin slices (1/4 inch). Wash spring onions and cut the green part into 1/2 inch pieces. Bring salt water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions and drain when ready. Important: Save 2 to 2 1/2 soup ladles of pasta water for the sauce! Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add the carrot slices. Reduce to medium heat and let cook until softened (around 10-12 minutes). Add a little salt and pepper. Add spring onions and let cook for 4 more minutes. Add heavy cream and pasta water and the veggie cube/vegeta. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for a couple minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and then mix with the pasta. Enjoy! Greetings from Germany

You don’t have to defrost the salmon before cooking it. It’s flash frozen which allows it to be cooked from frozen faster than when it’s frozen normally

I have 6 kids all grown up, my baby is 32 now. I also now have 11 grand babies and 7 are in heaven due to some issues 2 of my daughters have 😢 while pregnant so 2 of my girls cannot have any children. so I got 11 living grand kids. my point being, you have 11 children I can only imagine how many grand babies👶 you will be blessed with. Hello from New Jersey Amber and family. I don't know if I could watch any other family for 32 minutes, but your talented family is a joy to watch. I'm self taught on piano 4 years now. I wish I could read music like Naomi. I tried the new turkey sandwich at the Costco Food Court yesterday. It was good and reasonable at $6.99.
