Always, before getting out of your car, turn it in the direction you need to go if you have to get out of Dodge quick; especially in dark, isolated and “iffy” places! Not a good idea to be attempting a 3/4/5 point turn whilst being attacked by a big, hairy monster!

My second wife and I went on a honeymoon to Oregon. This was 2005 so its been a few years. We drove down the coast of Oregon and took the road into Grants Pass from California. The forests were beautiful and my new wife and I had enjoyed the beaches and trees all the way down the coast. We were driving through the tall forest on a windy two lane. One couldn't see far into the forest at all it was a solid wall of green. Every so often there was a pull off among these massive trees. My wife was driving and I was being the navigator so had found a side road that looked interesting. It was a national forest road that ran along side a river. It was very beautiful and reminded me of the land of Hobbits. The road was along side a hill above the water so we were enjoying the drive and the view. We came to a corner and in the middle of the road was a massive boulder. I bet it weighed over 250 lbs. It stood two and a half feet tall and was just as massive around its middle. Well I am a drywaller by trade with a very strong back. I got out of the idling vehicle and walked over to the stone. Thinking about how best to get a grip on it and push it off the road. I hadn't been standing by that stone very long when the forest got quiet. I swear the hairs on my arm rose up and the feeling that I was being watched was very strong. So strong that I got out of there. I am very intuitive and follow my gut at every turn. I swear there was something there, that the feeling was so strong that I got in the car and told my wife to drive. Just drive. We did and never looked back. As a person who has spent most of his life in the mountains of Montana and Wyoming you learn to not second guess those strong feelings you get. That's your animal nature, your instinct, telling you what's up. As a matter of course when you spend a lot of time outdoors you learn to trust them. Love the channel. Keep up the good work!!

Mt Hood is very spooky. I spent the night in a cabin there, it was all fun and the forest was gorgeous. I remember going up a trail and being mesmerized by how gorgeous it was and it was so quiet. This feeling of dread came over me at this one spot, extreme fear for no reason, I turned around and left.

Great story chris! I've had some interactions with sasqatch around my farm over the years. No actual sightings, but sign that can't be explained any other way. I have many photos and videos. I also have pics and videos from a hike just inside some forest on one of the great lakes. Several tee pee structures, beautifully constructed, absolutely No saw-cut limbs, large, and all were broken or snapped limbs constructed into tee pee shapes, and unbelievably just off a trail! I feel blessed as I'm sure these were a type of benevolent communication/contact. Exchanging of gifts and good will. There is no doubt there is high strangeness surrounding the sasquatch, but I do believe that the majority are benevolent, albeit strange to us. I have also, during the height of the signs and gifts given, had a massively loud SLAP on the side of my house right next to where I was sitting late one night. I have a feeling this was a juvenile messing with me which is common from what I've learned from my research. They do it for your reaction, for fun! I asked later that they not do this anymore because it scared me a lot! I was frozen in my chair for what seemed like forever (probably just a few seconds lol). It sounded like a freight train had just hit the wall right beside me! As a side note, when that incident occured, a friend and her dog were sleeping upstairs and never heard a thing! It never happened again after I asked them to not do that again. ☺ Anyway, other things happened as well, but just wanted to share a little bit of my experiences. Thanks for your videos, love them! God bless Chris!

@@ggghhjd Think of a quick flash of a strobe light or a camera flash . People have seen the bigfoot come and go in a flash of light. They're expending energy to do this, how is another question . The pieces of the puzzles are pointing to them being Electrified Beings which helps explain them able to make our electronics go wonky . The big question is how are they able to manipulate the memory cards inside trail cams ?

Back in the day I saw one standing next to the road. I slow down and he just stood there looking at me while I was looking at him. I estimate he must’ve been 10 feet tall and close to 5 feet across the shoulders. I’ve looked into this many times over the years and I believe he was what they call a type 1. If I remember right that’s the Neanderthal looking one. His face looked almost human. As I drove past a slow down to an almost stop there was no other traffic around. He cross the road and into Forest. Changed my life forever. I won’t ever going to the woods again.

Thanks for your perfect telling of this very scary story, Chris! Here in kiwi land/New Zealand your videos come to us on a Monday, which is your Sunday. Monday is one weekday when I don’t go to work, so great timing! Today (Monday) I’m tucked up, coping with a dose of flu, so really appreciate watching and listening to this experience that the family went through. Glad that Amy was able to connect with you and to share. It must be a lonely feeling to maybe believe that this type of encounter has only happened to you, or that you won’t be believed if you disclose. Having a huge log thrown in your direction, and a rock launched at your vehicle, would be unforgettable, to say the least. Great work, be safe over there.😊

I live in Portland. Last week my daughter and I went to the Mt. Hood National Forest for the day on the Clackamas River. This whole area was pretty badly burned a couple of years ago, so a lot of the mountains and hillsides are still covered only in black, burned tree trunks. From my spot on the river I kept scoping up to the ridges, just in case I'd see a sasquatch, but no luck. I think they've left the area for more green and leafy forested places in Mt. Hood NF or elsewhere. Their habitat is shrinking. 😢

Social norms silence us. When we are confronted with the unusual or the outrageous, we mostly keep it to ourselves for the fear of ridicule and liss of status, and its a shame. A prominent person in the medical profession is no less victim to this. Mt. Hood is certainly a hot spot for these instances.

Another great story. When I first heard Sasquatch stories years ago I would dismiss them as just fables and made-up stories. I know there have been hoaxes perpetuated and, I'm sure, people make up stories such as this just for the shock factor. Nonetheless, the more I hear if these things, I am becoming more and more a believer. Keep the stories coming.

There's too many credible witness sightings numbering in the thousands to write them all off as fables, made up stories and misidentificafuoms. Even if you took out half of the sightings reported as lies and hoaxes etc, the number remaining would still be in the thousands dating back to the 1800s. With that many accounts, the simplest explanation is that there's an undiscovered bipedal species living in the wilderness of North America.

Out of a million stories involving Sasquatch sightings & encounters at least 25 percent have to have a degree of validity. Can't dismiss them all. There is also a type of elaborate & comprehensive coverup being perpetrated & perpetuated by the Government. That much seems obvious!

I've watched a ton of your videos and I don't recall one quite like this one. A common theme I've noticed in these experiences people have had is that these beings aren't trying to hurt anyone when they throw stuff etc, as they seem to only want humans out of their territory and do so by scaring them. This seems to be the first story where they could have easily gotten hurt.

Gosh, scary for sure. I totally believe in Sasquatch but I definitely don't want to see one. Too bad Amy couldn't speak to these people even if it was unprofessional, it might have given them less confusion about their experience. Makes you wonder about that area of land for sale???

Interesting that she could see that clearly shining a flashlight through the window glass, so that she could estimate the height so accurately, being in such a traumatic situation. I can't see anything shining a flashlight through glass at night. Good for her.

😊 Good Evening Chris, Good Heavens, Thankful for the father to grab his son before he got extremely hurt.. I wonder how long that 4 sale sign was posted about the acreage for sale. I bet that is why No one wanted the property. The Sasquatch's were Diffiently marking their territory.. How terrifying for that family...I feel for them...I know what it is like when you want to tell your story, but no one believes you...I am glad they were safe.. Thank you for your Story, Chris...Have a Nice Evening....

I was born and raised in Colorado high country... Walden Colo and Laramie Wyoming areas ... In all my years hunting and general living in the mountains I've never come across anything that I personally thought was odd..... But, when I was a young lad, I can say for sure though, I've heard some incredibly scary sounds. Scream like grunting on a couple hunting trips. One trip in particular , the howls and grunting concerned my father and grandfather to the point they kept more then one fire burning all night every night we were out. I never asked as I didn't want to seem afraid but, my pops and grandfather spoke about those nights until the day they both passed away. I seriously don't know what it was but, never forget the sounds of the grunting and howls around 3am...I thought it was bears or wolves but, my father had no clue what it was; he said later on in life... Oh yeah, dig the channel and stories... sub'd and loved my friend🍻

Wow! That would be a very frightening event to be harassed by large creatures. I guess they passed on the ten acres for sale. I was on the hunt for property near Lacey, Washington, and I didn't even consider that sasquatch might have been living in that heavily forested area.

Wow my name's Amy and I grew up in Mt. Hood Oregon. I see Mt. Hood daily from my house. I heard many stories of Bigfoot encounters during the 70's 80's and 90's that went from the Oregon Coast through the Cascades and on into the town of The Dalles. There were also sightings around Klamath Falls and the outskirts of Bend, but the stories stopped after the 90's. It is very rare to hear of a sighting now.

ive had some experiences that would be described as paranormal and others involving UFOs but these are really a collection of short encounters and i haven't sent them to you as your best stories are the longer ones. By the way thanks for taking the time to add touches like music and sound effects to ramp up the tension. Im not sure everyone noticed but it does add to it, as does choosing a suitably creepy spot to tell the story. The one in this video with your lantern hanging up was just perfect. The more people open up about the paranormal and the lesser-acknowledged species we encounter, the less fear and incredulity will surround them. There's millions of species on this planet, including many who never saw a human, such as those down in darkness of the deepest darkest oceans. We can't assume to know all of them. But bigfoot is very elusive and it is this elusiveness that interests me as they seem to be too good at remaining hidden for something so large, which suggests to me they have an ability to manipulate their own frequency or the frequency of the areas around them so as to appear not to be there, even when people sense they are being watched but see nothing.

Can't clean or cook without putting up one of your videos now😅 I'm a big outdoors, camping fan. But sadly I live and work in the city. Love your personality, too. Very calming and pure, even tho I never met you..Not trying to be weird, but I would love to camp with someone like you and listen to your stories❤ Stay safe out there.
