Nah this guy was shooting at the truck thinking the robber was in it he must not had his gun on him when being robbed he probably ran to the car to get it loosing sight of the robber then shooting first thing he saw which was the truck so this argument has no ground

There is no accident. The minds of stupid people is why we pretend it is okay for this man to THINK its an accident. His thinking is wrong and barbaric. Robbed or not, are we supposed to shoot at suspects as they flee last time I checked? No. No excuses. No self defense. He took self defense away from innocent people. What pissed me off the most is how He “Thought” that was the Vehicle the robbery suspect got into 🤦🏽‍♀️😠 wasn’t a hundred percent sure but shot at the Truck anyway not knowing for a fact he was in there and because of his stupid actions this Precious little girl lost her life and left the parents beyond broken and beyond repair 😡❤️‍🩹

He tried to be a tough guy by shooting at a random passing vehicle. And whether he gets a lengthy sentence or not, hes gonna waste a lot of money dealing with this. So his loss, he chose to screw his life up either way.
