He isn't out, as of Wednesday he was still in jail on $100,000 bond. She has since died and the charges could be upgraded now since she died, which can raise the bail amount. I am not sure if you know how the justice system actually works. This is very recent, and in America after you commit a crime, you are arrested and charged, taken to jail, processed, and indicted. There is then a period of time where the defendant and prosecution build a case, and they go to trial (or accept a plea). After this, there is a sentencing phase, only after the sentencing phase does anyone ever go to prison. Prison and Jail are 2 wildly different things that serve the same function. But, again, he hasn't made bail as of yesterday, so he isn't "out".

Society and the legal system makes you feel as if you are the one that needs to apologize. I’ve been through situations where instead of getting validation for my pain/situation, I would get attacked and made feel as if I was the problem. Legal system sucks** perpetrators are out and about because they feel above the law. God bless you his family and help them through this hard time.

The system shall be changed things are crazy out in the streets. How many kill streaks does a criminal have to get in order to receive no bond ? Why don’t we have harsher laws?
