I would also be checking out any airbnb type apts in that complex. A previous guest coukd have easily taken a copy of an entrance key to use at a later date. That's all he would need to gain access..or previous knowledge of an entry code on a main door. You would get that if you had rented an apt in there before.

Maybe have a private company be incontrol of maintenance of the equipment, storage and accessing the recorded data. It's easy to say but a lot of planning and procedures have to be put in place to make things happen. Plus christian thinks having camera reduces crimes....nope they just make it easier sometimes to catch criminals. Cameras don't stop stores from being robbed or children from getting snatched off the street.
