You mentioned getting solar power. You may want to try the Jackery Power Station. It can be charged various different ways: solar panels, wall outlet, or from your car. It’s portable and reasonably priced. Loved your make over!

Your girlfriend wife has a radiant smile. Andci can tell as you told the story about how you discovered the scamp she was beaming and redoing the scamp and having the scamp was what her soul needed. I've been doing construction for 40 plus years and certain projects are what my soul needed. I have a cargobtrailer I built around who I am. I don't even sleep or watch TV in the house any more. I do it all in my trailer. I'm a master craftsman and my trailer is a masterpiece. But may never be done.

Great looking camper for it's age. You did a great restoration inside and out. We have camped for almost 60 years now, and found that camper AC was a great invention as the sun will heat up a camper fast, even in cool weather. We run the AC, even at home, at 85 degrees to keep the interior moisture down and preserve the wood cabinets and trim. We tow with a pickup truck and carry a generator and use solar, and with 200 AH lithium we can run a small electric heater with an inverter, however the AC requires a small generator if boondocking. Our current Micro Minnie is an off road model with strong suspension and the rough ride makes it difficult to keep things in place while traveling. I could not tell what if any suspension you have on the axel, but good suspension is a must to keep things in place inside. We only use propane for the stove and a propane campfire we use outside where campfires are not allowed or wood is unavailable.

I would forgo lithium battery due to expense. A dual rv battery with a 200-300 (tillable) watt solar panel with 10 amp controller (30 amp if you use two panels) is all you need. Complete system would cost less than one lithium battery. Also a 2200 watt generator will power your AC for those really hot days.

Beautiful. But it's not really a remodel it's just a very lovely redecorating job.
@gtfoh24482 жыл бұрын
Why is it not a remodel if they said it was? It's a remodel to them, sooo....🙄
@seabliss222 жыл бұрын
@@gtfoh2448 Because a remodel means they removed the original fixtures and replaced them. Would you pay a remodel price for a house only to find out all they did was paint and redecorate? The two words mean completely different things. They redecorated. It's pretty but it's NOT at all a remodel by definition. At the very least it could be called a renovation but that's a big stretch because all they really did was paint and replace a table top.
@gtfoh24482 жыл бұрын
@@seabliss22 Awww, but it's their big moment though. I see that you're right. Don't spoil it 4 them though. Are you a Debbie/David Downer? 😪 Actually, it's probably just ME. I felt bad for her so I projected. Admitting my potential wrong.👍
@jus.me.tanzks58342 жыл бұрын
Gotta say as someone who is redoing an older camper. Even just painting and wallpaper is about a remodel because it is such a process and it’s just as hard as building a bed for me😂 I built my bed and I removed the dinnette in my camper I’ll be making a small bar for it so mine is technically a remodel. I’ll also be making the bathroom into a shower as it only had a toilet. But wallpaper and paint takes hours and has definitely been my least favorite part so if someone else had made a camper more modern with simple paint and wallpaper I would be very happy about it I also replaced the floor and had to gut a wall because of water damage. But I enjoy the wood working. I don’t like painting 😂 so therefore just paint is a remodel if it’s a camper in my opinion
@jus.me.tanzks58342 жыл бұрын
I also added an ac 😂 done so much I’ve forgotten things. But ya just painting cabinets and walls has taken half the time so far definitely a process a camper has lots of trim painting so it’s way harder then a house wall. But house cabinets would be terrible thankfully most campers only have a few cabinets

White brightens everything up. The cabinets were a cherry stained finish. White is a personal preference. Someone could have easily done black, green, or any other color. No issues sleeping with white cabinets here! 😊

Lovely job, but typical Americans when saying "travel the World." Are you planning to go to Asia or Africa? Or are you simply talking about sites within the borders or your country, or (Gosh! Maybe!) your neighbouring countries. Is that "the World?"
