@Antonio D Cruz thanks for raising this immensely important & critical point 🙏 He is using printed Newspaper to flatten the dough, where the ink is full of heavy metal like Lead, causing even Cancer 😨 Unfortunately, in third world countries including India, the general consciousness on health & hygiene is very poor and there is no effort in Govt. or Non Govt level to enlighten them 🤔 Simply replacing the Newspaper with butter paper, used in Cake Preparation will do the trick! It's not difficult to source or expensive...just lack of awareness!!!!!

I'm from Ahmedabad and that's not real sindhi dal pakwan.. it's gujarati version but i love it too.. it's similar to our dal Mung with kakhra puri

Dal pakwan is a sindhi dish and being one sindhi I don't think this is the authentic dal pakwan, cos it's never served this way and the size of the pakwan is usually half

This is not the original dak pakwan. Come to Ulhasnagar to capture the real dal pakwaan. The pakwaan should be thick and there goes 3 types of dal with it.

Street food vendors across India have to be trained that using newsprint in the food production process is a major health risk. One, we dont know where all the paper has been, second we dont know who all touched it and how, thirdly the ink used is very toxic and there is a high chance of it getting stuck to the dough, bcos it is moist.
