In a way....although not in this century, Milo was right. The current age of consent is a very new thing, only being enforced in recent history and still slowly accepted in non-Western cultures. It used to be that as soon as you were sexually mature, you were an adult, married, and began having children. The age of sexual maturity (as in your reproductive organs have reached their peak): 13-14. Whereas now we would consider our 13-14 year olds babies and minors... It used to be that that was adulthood beginning. You’d work as a man, and have babies as a woman... I do agree he should have stepped down because in THIS era, this is considered pedo-behavior.... He could have better explained what he meant. Still doesn’t make it acceptable to say NOW though.
