Avril has a very good technique. I think because she sings in a shouty sounding way to suit her music people assume she can't belt well but her belts are always so clear and supported well.

I actually think that Kelly's C6 belt is more impossible than the C7-D7 whistle note because many other singers can also do the whistle notes, even many TikTok singers can hit 7th octave whistle notes. I think more singers can do high whistle notes than BELTING a C6!!!!!!! Belting a C6 is truly impossible. There are only a few other singers who can do it, Demi Lovato is working on it still hasn't actually belted a C6 although she got close at WAWA Welcome but it went flat. Celine did touch it but she didn't sustain it. Also not the Lara Fabian audio cutting out :( she's one of the true vocal legends. Celine slayed of course

A lot of the tiktok singers can hit whistle notes, but singing it on stage makes a difference. Not to mention moisture in the voice, Kelly belts several G5s and 50+ Eb5s throughout the song, the moisture in the voice affects the ability to whistle (since whistle register dries out the whole of your voice in seconds) Kelly is the same, but because she belts throughout with raspiness and disortion most of her belts in that show, her voice dries up quickly affecting the ability for any whistle to come out.
