Legally speaking, in Canada, if it's an official product of Canada, it's HAS to have both English & French on the packaging! Because of the French speaking providence of Québec. -------------------------------------- It's kind of interesting..... Because the French never colonized Canada, as far as I know. At least, half of it to make sense for the French speaking population. The English did colonized Canada until 1982. The English didn't do anything with Canada like they did to the US. They just casually let Canada gain independence whereas the US wanted independence, and escape colonialism.
