Rem is apparently around 125lb actually. Even though ram is slightly taller, she's has a smaller frame them rem. So Id day she's roughly 10-15lbs lighter (Rems weight was listed. But rams isn't for some reason lol) So with Subaru being pretty fit like he is, adding the adrenaline, I'd say this is possible. He did have to essentially launch her though by swinging her back then tossing her for momentum.
