I'm one of the few people who is genuinely really excited for Toy Story 5 especially with Andrew Stanton writing and directing. But I'm even more excited for Incredibles 3, which even though kinda feels like a cash grab, I still can't wait for obvious reasons. And the fact that Brad bird is returning again is really reassuring. He knows exactly how to handle the characters and the action

​@@LoganScottYA lot of people feel it's the same plot and conflict as Incredibles 1 just about the mom this time and more in the public spotlight. The theme with Evelyn about hero worship and living vicariously was a solid idea but wasn't tied together into the rest of the story; whereas Syndrome's toxic relationship with power, status, and potential is a recurrent theme for _every_ character, as Bob realizes he needs his family to ground his superhero obsession while Helen realizes she needs her super-ness to protect her family, and the kids learn to channel and embrace their power potential into healthy outlets; the whole movie is on the same theme. Incredibles II is way more scattered; the new ideas muddled by the old stuff being recycled instead of the whole movie being its own unit. That said, there's a lot to like and I don't fault anyone for enjoying II. I just needed it to be more different. Make it about the kids, not the parents reliving their glory days twice in a row

Out of the current Disney heads Pete Doctor is the one I have the most faith in. Pixar has just been treated poorly by Disney when they were making the best movies out of all the Disney studios (ok that's not exactly a high bar tbf). IO2 being the biggest success besides Avatar 2 since COVID is proof.

@EpicPixel2024 Ratatouille is genuinely one of my favorite movies of all time, but ever since Disney bought out Pixar, their films have suffered. I can't speak on Inside Out 2 (tbh I didn't like the first one much), but Monsters University, Incredibles 2, Toy Story 4 and Finding Dory have all been vastly inferior to their predecessors, and I have no reason to believe Ratatouille 2 would be any different.

I think... I should take advantage of the moment. Probably no one knows me, but I am someone who was enchanted by the movie Inside Out 2. I liked it so much that something inside me inspired me to start making a hypothetical sequel, this is still crazy. But I have a very striking script, not only does it include love, it also includes themes that, at least for me, I feel could have more prominence. A clear example of this is the Depression. Many people need to be well informed about what depression is, and I will carry out this topic very well. I only ask one thing of you, support. I think we are in good hands, but I am not sure why BoPeep isn't in the concept art and how Woody comes back. I think it would be fascinating to see the next film without those characters. Also, it would be interesting if the Incredibles were much older and we focused on the kids or give the entire family focus. I like Pete Doctor's perspective.

@@Luke101 I disagree! I do get where you are coming from, but we have gotten multiple shorts where some of the other characters were alone and focused on themselves. Sure, Woody is a HUGE character for the series. That is a given, but Woody's story is over from 4, so that's why I am confused to even see him in the concept art. It's kind of like Dragon Ball Z with Goku. It was nice in Super Hero that it finally wasn't focused on Goku for once they gave Piccolo and Gohan the spot lights.
