What pleasure and joy to see and hear you play with such poise and restraint that this instrument and those who compose for it truly deserve

Very beautiful music and performances healed my heart. 👏 And the red of the harpsichord and the black and yellow-green of your costume match very well and are beautiful! ☺️From Japanese composer Tetsuya Nishibe.🇯🇵

Really lovey performance of a piece I need to get to know better. I especially enjoyed the "rustic" phrase in the B section. Rameau rocks!

one day you going to have explain when you decide to use upper versus low keyboard, Love this this. So 'bouncy'- except when you want to give it a bit of density! Genius.
@ElaineComparone2 жыл бұрын
Nice of you to use the word "genius", which I ain't!! I just practiced that music a lot. When a piece has repeats, I try to vary the repeat as much as possible. Like first time around maybe both hands downstairs and second time around, both hands upstairs. Sometimes I use the downstairs keyboard for the melody and the upper serves as a kind of accompaniment. Depends on how I set the instrument up dynamically. I have three sets of strings, and I can use them as I please. The composers at that time didn't give any indication of which keyboard or what colors the player should use. That's why I like the old stuff. You have to use your imagination to play it in an interesting way!

@@ElaineComparone Thanks for that so you can set the sound for each keyboard.
