The reason Anthony Fantano was omitted from mentioning is because he is a reviewer, and reviews are legally exempted from copyright infringement claimed under Section 107 (Fair Use). Just wanted to clarify that you initiate a lawsuit by filing what is called a "complaint." The plaintiff, in civil court, files a complaint against the defendant(s) and they have a certain amount of time, depending on jurisdiction and whether they waive service typically between 30-60 days (30 if service not waived, 60 if waived) and they must respond in that time with whats called an "answer". But the complaint is a lawsuit. If you file a complaint with the court in this context, that is filing a lawsuit/suing someone.
