What's kind of sickening is that, if you ignore the context of everything she's saying... it's actually a pretty good song. It's pretty well constructed; the rhyme scheme and meter flows pretty well, and the chorus is, even I have to admit... kind of an earworm. Not to mention - she hits. Every. Single. One. Of the most popular and effective manipulation tactics these people use. Pretending to turn off the camera, preemptively saying that people will call her manipulative to stave off criticism for it, calling her actions "weird" instead of anything actually self-critical, thanking her supporters for "being there for her" to create an facade of vulnerability... and the, let's be honest, not half-bad acting. It's honestly kind of scary how effective this would probably be if you were already on her side.

The "fart" joke was when she made a kid spread her legs towards the audience on a show, a girl who was wearing a dress, and then made a farting sound and acted disgusted. She humiliated the kid who was clearly uncomfortable, and that kid said later that there were men looking at her weirdly the entire time after. That wasn't her only time doing something like that to a kid because she also told a little boy to put his hand down her pants. On stage. In front of an audience too.

She created an atmosphere within her child audience that encouraged them to "dress provocatively" at her live shows so they had a chance of being called onto stage. Every time she insists that she's "taken accountability" it reminds me of the scene in Breaking Bad where Gretchen confronts Walt over him involving her in his lie to his family without her consent or even her knowledge, and he says "I'm sorry" once, without actually acknowledging or owning up to anything, and when she understandably demands an explanation from him, he gets indignant and insists that he already apologized and doesn't owe her anything more than that, and keeps patting himself on the back for his "apology".

After having a look at Adam McIntyre's video on this, a lot of what she did and said really shows that she has not grown or learned at all from the horrid stuff she did in the past when you look at this "apology". Had she owned up to what she did maybe just MAYBE she could have SOMEWHAT recovered from this, but this is the nail in the coffin right here.

Sienna Mae's interpretive dance "I didn't do anything wrong" apology vs Colleen Ballinger's "you guys are toxic not me, you guys are the liars not me. You should feel bad for me" ukelele apology. The next apology needs to be some play or skit.

Didn't Gus Johnson release a skit right after his ex talked about him not supporting him through a painful and dangerous medical ordeal about how annoying people who exagerare being sick are? I think that kinda counts!

I had zero idea who she was until a few days ago. The more i looked into her and learned about her behavior over the course of her career the more i went from "oh, people are taking her out of context and exaggerating things she did and said" to "holy shit, this bish is actually a female Onision.

I don't understand. She is accused of grooming minors. She has a team, possibly a legal team. And instead of acting according to the gravity of the situation with them to mitigate the damages, she went basically "yolo, I don't need to listen to my colleagues that I gathered for situations like this huehuehue". I don't know, but she seems to me exactly the kind of person that would be randomly sexting children with no second thought what so ever

I can't tell if Colleen is trying to gaslight people or if she thinks getting a kid onstage, spreading her legs in a dress and leering down at her is so totally a-okay that the only thing she can imagine people disliking is the fart joke part of that.
