It is an inspiring video , to think it has only been open since 2021 😮 . Working in such a restricted environment, Nagami San and his team produce an incredible range of delicious products . I was surprised by the amount and variety of cheese used , I had not realised cheese was so popular in Japan. Making his own yeast was also a surprise . I hope he , his wife and the team continue to prosper . Thankyou for the very clear subtitles.
