RDJ is a professional. If the scene requires a bar or alcohol he will do it. He was in bar scenes in Hulk and Iron Man3 and made drinks for himself in Iron Man 2 and Avengers, so not sure I get the idea that he won't do scenes with alcohol.

I believe Cillian Murphy will Portray Victor von Doom/Doctor Doom in the Main Actual MCU’s Sacred Timeline Earth-616 while RDJ’s is from the Alternate Universe where the character changed his identity from Tony Stark to Victor von Doom in the Alternate Universe where he’s becomes the villain and hopefully we get to see him as Infamous Iron Man before we get to see it end and go to The Mutant Saga, where we get our Main Actual MCU’s Victor von Doom/Doctor Doom in the Sacred Timeline Confirmed.
