Nice to see , at last, buildings from GWR, architect; William Clark …station , signal cabin and goods shed, these structures can be found on many GWR branch lines, all the 3 kits can be used in one project, Branch lines around Gloucestershire/ Herefordshire…very nice indeed…

Great review - I absolutely love the highly technical and wonderfully descriptive "wibbly wobbly undulations"! I am now inspired to give a few of these kits a go in view of the current lack of TT120 scale buildings. Regards, A

Great video, I also hope that Peco bring these out in other scales. I believe the goods shed is based on the one at Bovey Tracey in south Devon, as I’ve just built one from plastikard for a layout. Now if they can just do the combined engine shed/signal box at Moretonhampstead in 7mm that would save me a lot of work 🤣

Hello Jenny ( and the C.M. of course). While I genuinely bow to your superior experience and knowledge of most things 'Model Railways', I really must question your statement that the TT 120 Peco Buildings kits are made from MDF. Even if it was possible for MDF to be made this thin, I doubt whether it would be a strong enough material to build with or even to handle! Surely the kits are made from thin plywood - a material well-known to modellers in many fields (though why modellers would choose to work in a field is beyond me! ) Apart from that, I agree with all the positive things you both say about these kits. With best wishes, Ray E. Smith

TT:120 or 00 now you have me wondering. Not yet committed but was going 00 upon my return. Do you think that TT:120 will become more popular. Been on the Peco site and does not seem to be much in the TT:120 range at present. Thoughts please.

Its still too early to say whether TT:120 is going to be a big thing or remain a niche, comparable in market size to N or O gauge.

Hi, I’m relatively new to this and I have purchased the peco signal box kit can you recommend what glue I should buy for assembling it, also would it be worth painting some items before completion?
@jennykirktwo6 ай бұрын
We assembled the kits using Rocket Card Glue, which is great for paper so we tried it on these wooden kits. It works but there are a range of other glues available that might be easier to find and do just as well. As for painting before completion, that's a great idea because you'll have so much of an easier time; especially on the inside parts.

Now N scale is 160th scale and TT scale is 120th scale. I know it was big in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. But has it spread to rest of Europe. Can you use TT scale buildings for N scale or is it too large ?
