You could move the kitchen into the livingroom since water is available from the bathroom. Current kitchen could become ground floor bedroom, if necessary.

Yes we actually would like a black cat channel. Realizing that would be extra work because we don’t want less Rossini and co, I have no solution. Maybe just throw a still of the kitty doing something cat like would be nice. Remember, I am old and easily entertained!!!
