Nice size & many possibilities. Happy to see gate at top of stairs... feel it wise in so many these Italian home have several floors. Also great balcony size! It difficult for seller since living in the home. It’s not only home we are trying to take in & imagine how we can make own... is more difficult when it’s lived in unit. Concerned on electrical with cords hanging... this IS a job that whoever buys should have taken care of; no idea what cost is to do this. Location seems to be good for walking & taking care of tasks & errands, since stores etc are available, just a street over!
