Fantasy Music ~ Dragon Lullaby

a young woman lays against the tail of her only friend, a dragon whom she has grown to know well as a peaceful and caring soul despite his fearsome size and might. as she curls up she asks him to hum her a lullaby, something from his youth, to soothe her to sleep. he hums her the lullaby that his mother hummed to him on dark and stormy nights so long ago. for a brief instant, he wonders what might have been had he been human or she a dragon before she sleeps and he follows suit, not knowing she harbors the same thoughts and feelings as he. tonight they rest as close as can be, for in the morrow she will be wed, and he will only ever see her from afar, watching and protecting her until her dying day, silent and unseen. he resolves himself to let her know she can return to this place if, in some far and distant future, she needs somewhere to stay in peace, safety and comfort, a place away from her soon to be husband, away from the village, and away from her mortal troubles. for he will be here for as long as she lives, and he will remember her long after her bones are naught but dust and her family has died out as is his curse, his curse to live longer then all else.

Once upon a time, there was a maiden, she didn't feel happy, the world wasn't enough for her, so she read fairy tales and listened to myths, in hope to see a fairy tale creature, she stood up all night, lying in the wet grass, looking up in the night sky...she always dreamed of meeting a fairy tale creature, she didn't knew a Dragon was watching her, a dragon who fell in love with her, the dragon would always watch over her, while she's lying in the wet grass, looking up at the night sky dreaming. The Dragon was afraid that she would be scared of him, so he let traces fall. The next morning, she saw a group of people talking with each other, by some trees which were burned down and big foot prints with big claws were to find in the ashes, she went up to the people and asked what's going on, with a smile on her face "Is this my chance? Will I finally meet a fairy tale creature?" One person told her that he thinks a dragon could have made this disaster, the other people were laughing at him for thinking that. But she believed him straight away, the next night she decided to follow the traces. She came to a cave, the cave looked like nothing was inside, but a slight heat came out of the cave, she gathered her courage and went inside, the cave got brighter and brighter and it got warmer and warmer, then she saw this majestic creature looking at her, a little smoke came from the dragon's nostrils, there it was it was like a bond which connected the dragon with her, she was able to understand him and he was able to understand her. She asked his name >Meseth< then he asked her, what her name is >Rose< she said was her name. They both loved each other....but how could they be together? She said goodbye for now to Meseth and went home thinking how they could be together....lying in her bed at home, she couldn't sleep, she just wanted to be with Meseth. She took a few things she could need and some of her favorite fairy tales, she didn't liked this place anyway, without a look back she ran back to Meseth. She said, let's go somewhere else, let's go to the mountains, who would seek us there? In a cave by the mountains they lived together, happy, she always read him in the evening out of her favorite fairy tales as a lullaby. When you go outside to the mountains and listen closely, you can hear her laughing and the wings of the Dragon, how they fly in the sky.

A few months ago I watched a Russian movie called I Am Dragon. The main male character's name is Arman. Arman by the way is half dragon. He and the main heroin named Anna have a daughter at the end. A lullaby I must tell before it awakes as it growls, there's a gust of flakes the book opens, and I start to tell and the enormous beast ; it's head just fell I don't feel it's fear, just love . as I continue , I imagine doves. I feel it's breath , rubbing on my skin . when I finish , he made me grin he is huge, and that's no lie his eye stares at me, and I can feel why he is not asleep, and I fear, the change of the atmosphere and what lies within I sit back down , and start to remember a song that my mom sang me , every night that helped me to relax in the fright as I start, I remember more because it was forgotten in the ruins of thor. he is now asleep, and I cry I might not see him again, it's sad. but no one can cure him from his fear to sleep but me so leave him be. both of us would cry because I have the dragon lullaby.

I play this sometimes when I have breakdowns, I like to breath in sync with the dragon, it helps calm my senses, basically just telling me to breath and not worry about every little thing that swarms my head.. The music is beautiful, it makes me feel like I'm in this whole new world, where peaceful dragons lay asleep in their dens, and you we're invited to slumber with them. It's just... Wow. Now I have this to add to my growing music for story creation, along the good Adrian Von Ziegler, & Derek and Brandon Fiechter. ~*ahem*~ The bard came upon his Draconian "brother" stirring in troubled slumber and thus took up his flute and began to play a calming melody he'd made for him many years ago when they first started traveling, the bard just recently graduating from the bard's academy in a nearby city and the dragon just now learning to fly, though somewhat clumsy back then. As he played, he sat down with his back against his friend's now-massive tail. He was one of the few who could get close to the winged being. He gazed around at the hoard that they'd both spent 20 years amassing; a mass of gold and gems intermingled with suits of armour & weapon, both enchanted and mundane. "Sleep well, brother. Let thy dreams trouble thee no longer..."

This music reminds me of times long forgotten. Times when we dreamed and wished for our amazing fantasies would come about it the waking world. But it seems that people rarely have time for such things. I am not advocating for anyone. I am speaking only my own words when I say that the only thing I truly desire is the world I once knew and the hopes that I had with it. My son is special needs and he really likes dragons 🐉🐲 he finds them very interesting and imagines they are highly misunderstood creatures and are not scary and evil as they are often depicted but show problem-solving intelligence and are friendly towards humans unless they prove otherwise and only use their claws, teeth, and fire breath ♨️🔥 for defense and to catch their food. He also imagines them being omnivorous eating both plants 🪴 and meat 🍖 like deer 🦌, fish 🐟, wild boars 🐗, and rodents 🐭🐁🐀 as well as apples 🍎, oranges 🍊, lemons 🍋, pineapples 🍍, pears 🍐, bananas 🍌, coconuts 🥥, grapefruits, watermelons 🍉, peaches 🍑, cantaloupes 🥝, limes 🍈, pumpkins 🎃, corn 🌽, lettuce 🥬, cabbage, zucchini, cucumbers 🥒, eggplants 🍆, potatoes 🥔, bell peppers 🫑, carrots 🥕, figs and fig leaves 🍃.
