This map was a big job. One of the largest maps I've created with Arcade Editor, 1850Kt in file size. Lots of details went into making this map and the gameplay was very hard to balance. As the environments try to mimic the real life Dog Green and Charlie Sector there are very few covers in the deadliest sections of the beach. This is most likely the best/intended way to play the map if you want the enemies to spawn in the correct order. The biggest problem is that the Arcade editor is very limited and there cannot be that many AIs at the same time on the map so decisions had to be done. Enjoy the video!
Map: Darkest Hour 1944
Creator: ZChanestruction
Platform: PC
Game mode: Bounty Hunt (6 targets)
Theme: WWII
Music: bundle of Battlefield V's theme songs. Non commercial use! I don't claim to own the production or use it to gain wealth etc. Just combining art with art, that's the beauty behind it all.
And wink wink DICE, if you're going to make an Omaha map as some of us BF players are waiting for BFV, here is a good inspiration for the map's layout, this could work in a Battlefield game, maybe?
