Solution for excess water problem of corn cheese balls: 1. grind or mash the boiled corn (never put whole corn or mattar/green peas/chana directly in frying oil) and Saute the corn mixture for few minutes till all the moisture is evaporated, then add the potatoes and remaining masala powders, mix till no moisture and cool completely. Now go ahead with making the balls, cheese filling and deep frying. Oil will not splutter during deep frying. 2. Another tip is to add some corn flour and bread crumbs to the above potato mixture to get a stiff dough like consistency. It will be easy to deep fry. Hope this helps. Kindly inform Dilip bro.
