A few bugs never hurt…lol…and losing weight is a good thing!…I was 89kilos upon arrival…and dropped to 71 just working the farm and not eating crap…now I’m back to 76 I think…but it’s all good…

Your body will go into "starvation" mode when you withhold food. It will hold on to extra fat to compensate. Dude, you must eat. Get some free weights and build muscle to burn the fat. The more you work out, the more you can eat!
