I'm sorry but i think people that come to Thailand to live from other countries, come because it's affordable to live. especially if you compare housing cost from the USA. Their is no way i would buy a House worth $459,000 USD in Thailand!. Then with the Laws Thailand has when it comes to buying property, it would be crazy to buy a house worth that much. You need to make more videos of houses in the under $3,000.000 THB range.
