Farberware Stand Mixer Review | Should You Buy It?!

I just came across this video and wanted to check it out. My husband bought me this same mixer about 2 weeks ago from Wal Mart for $50. I couldn't believe how cheap it was at the time because I believe it's usually around $100. I have read mixed reviews on it and a lot of those reviews are mainly regarding the smell of something burning when it's on and/ or the attachments breaking or can't be replaced.

I just found your videos today and they are a literal blessing because I’m a culinary student in college and am in love with kitchen products. I’m so glad that I found a good review on a cheaper stand mixer because there’s no way I’d be able to afford one over $100.

Is the front hub functional, or just for show? I cannot seem to find any source/resources for hub attachments, like meat grinder, for a farberware. Is that where kitchenaid beats farberware or is there another brand hub attachment able to be used? Thank you for any further answers you can provide.

The attachments are not interchangeable with KitchenAid since they are 2 stud vice KA's 1 stud. Mixing paddle didn't really do a good job of scraping the bowl side when making butter cream and there doesn't seem to be any flex edge paddles for it that I can find.

I brought my mixer on sale for $50.00 order extra attachments for $40.00 yes ma’am I love it, she traveled to Christmas at my daughter’s house and did well. We cooked and cooked and cooked ........ she rocked, so well I had to fight my daughter to get her home. Yasssssssssss my baby is perfect. M

Lmaooo great review!! Not the chocolate pie😩😂😂😂. I found this in red on clearance at Walmart for $25. 🙌🏽 I bought it as a back up for my KA mixer. Couldn’t leave that on the shelf

Fab are ware is good. Whisk attachment sucks though and break easily but something like that was to be expected being that cheap

I guess if people are on budget, then they might as well get this Farberware and roll with the punches. I’m pretty sure that the Farberware would last us a lifetime.

Yeah for sure! Kitchenaid definitrly has a death grip on the mixer game haha. But if price and value are what you are looking for, ee definietly have to givr it up to the Farberware

@@ModernLeeKitchen I will Admit that my preference when it comes to stand mixers is a KitchenAid. My grandmother had 2 KitchenAid Hand Mixers and I have a KitchenAid Personal Coffee Maker in Red. Also some of my relatives have had their KitchenAid Stand Mixers for years. They are so damn expensive. However I have seen the KitchenAid Classic series for about $189 at Walmart but this Farberware might do it for me.

Thats some diverse KitchenAid history gor sure haha. Yes we'd never lie KitchenAid has always been awesome glsd to see the price starting to come down a little here and there. We might do a review on those products as well very soon! Thanks for the recommendation.

This mixer is as good as kitchenaid I gave one to my sister she likes it better that her Kitcheaid classsic i wish it had attacments.
