I love your choice of music. It's much better than the conversations usually heard on exhibition videos. Pete

This was my first Fareham Railex, it was a really impressive show wasn't it! Much bigger than I was expecting. I took a class 33 along for Sam of Emperors Path to weather, which worked out very well, and had some really interesting chats to some of the people running the layouts and stands. You've presented a very good overview of the show, and I echo others comments about the sound, much better than a load of hubbub!

Hi, I was there too and some lovely layouts with friendly exhibitors. Arun Quay was a standout for me and I spent a long time chatting about the building scratch builds. There was a lovely GWR layout which I watched for ages too. Cheers.

@@davidhinks8384 I really did like the display next to Arun Quay with how things were made. Will be sure to have more of a chat with the owner next time I see the layout

Finally getting some time to watch this video David. Never change the intro it's genuinely brilliant 👍 I appreciate the views without the background chatter which so often ruin vlogs like this... Re. The house. Have yog thought about just hiring a hall and charging entry fees Pendon style... Youll get a lot more room 😂😂😂 I think it may have been me mention your channel on the podcast, or at least i was one of many to mention you. Big love for Horsehay 🐴

Lovely video. That was my first exhibition in a long time as well and I had a great time. Are you planning on attending the SHMRC exhibition in Portsmouth next weekend?
@HorsehayRailwayModeller4 күн бұрын
@@VictoryWorks I wasn't planning on it as I'm trying to save cash and can't trust myself not to find a loco or two 😅. I may well still go though.

@@HorsehayRailwayModeller Haha! The "gathering" side of the hobby is very addictive.. just one more loco wouldn't hurt.. would it? 😬

Just back from the Newcastle and District MRC exhibition where there were excellent layouts, including Arun Quay which features briefly in your video. I spent rather less than you, but did weaken and buy a fairly recently published book by Pete Goss on Modelling Buildings and a few other extravagances - you can't just walk past a Squires stand can you ? Thanks for the video and beautiful music, and best wishes.

@@georgeclements2742 glad you enjoyed the video, didn't get as much footage as I would have liked of Arun Quay it really is a beautiful layout and I hope to see it again in the circuit at some point

Thank you for replacing the audio. That's the one thing that puts me off viewing entire layout videos. All the nonsense chat around that's just noise. So thank you.

@@C-MAGs there's nothing worse than a vodeo of a beautiful layout with audio of a group of blokes talking waffle over it

@@HorsehayRailwayModeller usually waffle including what they had for lunch 😂
