KZbin is a private company, not the government. They get to dictate what content is allowed on their site, just like you get to decide who enters your home. Every KZbin user agreed to this when they created a profile and checked the box under the User Agreement that reads "I understand and agree." It's extremely frustrating and KZbin is absolutely complacent and apathetic about their content moderation. It makes me very angry to see this kind of arbitrary censorship, but do not be mistaken - this is no infringement on our rights as Americans. KZbin has the right to remove any content from the platform they own, no matter how unpopular, uncool, or unintuitive. However, they should be clear about their seemingly made up and arbitrarily enforced policies so people's feeds aren't full of "We're leaving KZbin" videos.

KZbin censors at the direction of the government, which the courts made a ruling about, which directly effects KZbin if somebody takes it to court.
