No, Nibiru only considers Normal or special summons in its clause. it would work if nibiru said "if your opponent has summoned 5 or more monsters this turn" because flip summons are valid summons. Irrelevant however, since neither book of taiyou , book of eclipse, nor A/D changer perform flip summons. they just flip a monster in either face up attack or face up defense position.

As someone who has played Pacifis stuff, it’s also likely this guy just did not draw any monsters, as unfortunately the deck doesn’t really have a lot of monsters it wants to run.

For anyone interested in pacifis: Igknights are the ideal monsters for pacifis, they can search the field spell pretty consistently with two card combos and offer a lot of normal monsters for your trap recursion. Probably better than most umi support cards and the adventure engine in my opinion. The only downsides are a lack of free deck space, (which restricts your use of handrtraps and floodgates) and the low attack stat of some igknights compared to other options. In exchange of a lot more consistency.

I'll be honest, the Endymion player deserved that. His deck is probably built to make opponents surrender so it had that as a win condition, losing was his own fault, both for playing with his food, and thinnin his deck so much that the heart of the cards went with Darkworld to teach him his there were no pathetic cards in that deck

The Stardust Dragon was Synchro summoned properly in the 1st turn. It's just the synchro (and all other) summon animations in Farfa's settings was turned off.

Disgaea ost - lord laharl's hymn. It has several variants but I think it's just the basic one from disgaea 1 (AKA disgaea hour of darkness). Searching it up should get you the rest of the way (Makai senki disgaea is the japanese name for disgaea 1, so some results title it along those lines. Just make sure it's not the instrumental version)
