Farfa's deck was a neat idea in a vacuum. The problem was that, if there was ever a mechanic infamous for its battle tricks and being totally annoying, it's dice and coins. Just look at Ordeal of a Traveller and Fairy Box.

Then there was bad luck that each player fielding the coin/dice manipulation cards was paired against the deck they best countered.

It is missed timing. The last thing that happened when Small Scuffle resolved was "then your opponent can do the same from their hand or Deck to theirs". The only way Farfa could Inferno Reckless Summon is if the opponent chooses NOT to summon.

Finally, a format where second coin toss and that 6 get the generic staple status they were always meant to have Also psychic rover is the absolute nuts here. Obviously you ain't breaking a y metas with it, but that card is completely insane in my experience in any sealed format. Also if you have that 6 with it, it's still a 2/3 chance of reviving this (when it goes to the gy in any way, you can trib it for value) but it becomes a 100% chance you can pop 2 cards whenever the rover is summoned (all of this is as many times per turn as you want)
