It just now occurred to me as I was rewatching it, that this might not be a hallucination. Maybe it's the aliens communicating with Peggy.
@oliverswenson24705 жыл бұрын
@@logancox6548 maybe its just irony here. We as humans always strive for the answer. Of anything. We cling to any possible answer. There is no answer for anything. Not that it's necessarily bad. Just don't worry and love and laugh and be creative. The fact we can consciously communicate over the power of the internet is pretty cool. Nature is pretty damn cool. I don't know. But there is a hidden beauty and question to it all.

The Man is quoting from Albert Camus, "The Myth of Sisyphus and other essays" the whole Fargo series is littered with Camus and Absurdism references.

I think The Man is very much meant to be Camus himelf. His hair and his suit. Hell, even the actor looks like him. Not exactly obviously, but dig the resemblance.

I don't think that character is named. It seems to just be a figment of her imagination from her visions. Most likely theory to me. I also had the unlikely and (most likely) unpopular thought that he could related to the aliens in some way because of the way to he refers to humans in a objective, secular, and almost scientific way as though he were a foreign being.
