Hey Farley, You should ask Endnight for some inference locking to be added to the construction... If the building component had placement points around there bounding area, like at corners and middles or junctions for example... With a toggle function to cycle thru each placement points so when joining structure you can guarantee structure accuracy by connecting the points together... Also, another idea is to be able to hover other a structure and lock the inference function and be able to place another structure independently at the same height for example, but them not being connected. I have knowledge in this area should you wish to explore any other options.

Could you try to build a base in the lab similarly to the cave building series??? I don't know if you've already did it but I think it would be nice to watch and probably safer than anywhere else. (I dont think the patrols and the new day 40 monster can get in). Also, the final boss room is huge enough to build whatever you what. Just a suggestion, keep working like you've always did, your channel is amazing to watch!

Great vid bro, found glitch recently pot duplicater once fire goes out. Still trying to figure it out. Got couple idea u might like or maybe u already kno the huts by lake and gators are great from kill a horde, hide inside and the limbs will pop thru and chop away. Also one hut will respawn a spear and paint. Alway platform on boundary cliff are good too and just build stair over bounds off the snow land and basically never get touched

the walls looking pretty awesome. I'm having trouble with enemies punching through walls and damaging my towers. but If I move the walls further out from my towers, I lose line of sight with the bow. It can be frustrating.

I accidentally placed a meat dryer in the ocean, and it works. Put it on the house boat and filled it, when I paddled away the meat rack stayed. Now I have one that I dock to near the fertile lands. Might work on a raft in a pond.

One thing that I would love to see (if they haven't given up on this game yet) is a new game mode that has the survival aspects of hard survival (calories, same damage from natural things like cold, fire and poison berries/mushrooms) yet with no enemies, like on peaceful. The reason I've explained what I mean is because you can't just take peaceful and slap on some calories, because if you drink dirty water or eat poisonous stuff you literally take almost no damage. I'd like this because just like how peaceful is good for learning the basics of the game like building without the bother of enemies every 2 seconds, this would be good for learning or just enjoying the real survival part without the cannibals.

That's where the "secret" modes are effective. Type *veganmode* at the main title screen to turn off all cannibals and mutants, (except the end boss). Then start a Hard Survival game and voilà. *vegetarianmode* turns above-ground enemies off only during the day, so it's a bit Minecraft-ish.

@@Adrena1in Fairly sure Vegetarian mode turns off *all* enemies at night, as I have it on cause the enemies were starting to annoy me, and they didn't even spawn in caves. Vegan mode makes them only spawn in caves (I think). I like to imagine with Vegetarian mode, they're more like flesh hungry vampires...

I downloaded the forest about a week ago, you inspire me to play more and actually adventure, I'm camping out with the pre built log cabin a gazebo and a boat house, right next to the village you are at (I think, it's the one with the cave that has ALOT of dynamite in it). Do you have any good tips on how to just, get good? Cause I'm not that good at the game and I'm not sure if I should melee, or use bow. Bow aiming is hard for me and i only have wooden bow, also is the hair spray infinite use? or is it once you use it out, its gone. BTW your voice is so calming
