The only thing I’d change is for the master bedroom to be on the opposite side away from the other 2 bedrooms. I like a bit more privacy and peace away from my kids now that they’re a bit older.

So expensive! And unlike a house, a mobile home decreases in value every year until finally you have to pay a few thousand dollars to have someone haul it off. Meanwhile, your buddy bought a actual house and is sitting on a nest egg. Think it over!
