I absolutely really love the layout of this and the exterior of it. That flex room could be turned into a bedroom. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout and the fireplace place in the master bedroom. I also love floating vanity in the master bathroom and the different backsplash throughout. Also, I love the open shelves in the kitchen. I do really love the tub in the master bathroom.❤❤❤❤❤

Great coffee bar! Love the office off the kitchen. I think while cooking and cleaning and oh so convenient to pop in and jot something down. Kitchen sink is small, not a fan of open cabinets, need glass doors. Love transom windows. Really convenient guest suite.

I like the cupboards by the dining table which is great if you are having a big meal with a lot of people you can set the serving dishes on that countertop instead of trying to fit everything on the table and they are close enough to grab when needed. Nice spot for storing extra linens and fancy dishes as well. I love the tiles in that one bathroom that look like quilt blocks. When my husband built our house with some help from his dad (who messed up everything he did) They installed one of those showers that hits you all over like this one. When they went to test it, it blew off the wall and that was the end of that idea. His dad installed the heat on demand hot water heater upside down which ruined it, etc. Had to buy a new hot water tank within a week of moving in. This is what happens when a non-plumber installs things they don't know about. I love this house. It has enough of everything. It is for sure not a cookie cutter house. About half way through the tour, I felt like I needed the floor plan to orient me and that has never happened before! Terrific place.

There’s a few things I could NOT stand (open cabinets for one) but to each his own🤷‍♀️ Still it’s really nice. I personally would never spend that much on a manufactured home. I’d invest in a modular or stick-built.

I like the garage option at the front. I hate it when such beautiful homes are soflat and featureless from the front. I think the main livingroom/kitchen area needs dividers or more wall bumpouts to give them a little bit of definition. Looking through from the front door makes it look a little too busy. Its always good to see Cullen.😊

Nice looking decor in this home. Too bad it has the craziest floor plan ever!!! Why would the front door open up to the dining room & kitchen? Don’t most people enter into the living room from the front door? I’d expect a much better layout from Palm Harbor homes. This homeplan works for homes in Florida or ones with a pool. The living room overlooks the pool vs the dining room. It also has the back door across from a bathroom for pool cleanup. I love the design of the guest suite because it also works well for a in law suite if parents can no longer live independently. Only wish all secondary bedrooms were at least 12x12 and guest 14x14. I grew up in a 10x11 bedroom and it was really tight without enough closet space.

I really like this house. But in a perfect home they’d have a foyer, more than one wall in the dining room, and that’s about all I saw that was missing in this one. I do hate my bed being between windows. I want to look out my windows while falling asleep. I also don’t want nothing reaching through that window and grabbing me while I’m snoring!! 😅

Just FYI, flex room doesn’t literally mean a place you go to “flex”, (your muscles), it means flexible room as in make it what you want. It's odd to walk into a kitchen/dining room from a main entrance. I see another door off to the side of the livingroom/sitting area that opens into a bathroom? And a bathroom right off the kitchen? Why would they put a bathroom right next to the kitchen? 🤢 The toilet gets flushed and someone opens the door and all the droplets in the air are going right into the kitchen? The home is beautiful but the strangest layout I've ever seen. None of it makes sense.

I still feel like they sell the homes with interior design. But They don’t tell you that the house don’t come with the furniture and the decorations, which means the house is not even worth what they are charging. That’s almost like false advertisement but it’s not illegal. lol the way they have it set up is beautiful but that’s not how the house is going to look when you buy it that’s how they over price and get away with it

House is nice but.. as usual criticism I provide. First the cost. That is when I go check out other videos of yours. Cheaper! We need to lower the prices and depreciate ALL including stickbuilt homes. And cut in half or more like candidates both are saying. We will see. Anyway Inwould change many thinga into my way. Really no tiles? This is Florida Bar Harbor! I am talking about the floor. No carpets at all and prefer tiles. Office thaf size. I want to triple it by take out bathroom next to office and move furnace to that back bedroom and make a HUGGGER office. This needs real fireplace. Wider counter by take out cabs where the bedrooms are. Why? Sink looks so tiny. Pantry is pathetic for this house. Can put in that extra bedroom in the back where furnance will be. Hate windows like thst. I want the classic panel windows you can roll open and close like they 60s had! To do those changes add 25 to 50k. Buzz too much. Ok onto the next!
