Thermopride oil hot air top of the line furnace. There is a hook up for wood heater but this one is well insulated, updated windows, etc. Add a wood pellet stove or gas log fireplace easily here @mikepierce1872 ! One bath. But lots of options where to add another here!

Farmhouse, I grew up in one and own it today. Rock and mortar, very thick and solid.. made to last. Not finished off and oil hot air Thermopride furnace. Attached garage off utility entry room could be more living space. Mother in law, a loved one could be under the same roof line here.

I can't believe this price. Where I'm from (N. Idaho) this is a $2 million piece of ground, forget about the house and the rest of it. I think there's more than $300k worth of timber/trees on this property. Are those Christmas trees? How many acres? Always a little sad to see these though. You can bet an older couple lived here for years, got everything just how they wanted it, and passed and none of the kids wanted the house.

I'm a little south of Boston and have always thought the cheap land was out west. places like Idaho, Colorado, Montana etcetera but nope, its 5 or 6 hours north of me. If you go 7 or 8 hours north you can get 20 acres for 20k or less. Throw a building or two on a 100 acres and you can still get it scary cheap. The closest walmart is less than a half hour from Linneus in Houlton. The only drawback for me is the winters can be as cold as a womans heart.
