I saw them in their first concert together the day before they went to Woodstock. Chicago August 1969. They were there with Joni Mitchell. What a great thrilling concert. A very very talented group.

Steven and David have sung out their voices , the harmony is sad , but these guys still are champions of rock

I always prefer to hear the original melodies and phrasing, close to the original cuts, and then live, the extended iterations are cool. I don't mind diminished harmony quality as much. I was never a big CSNY fan, but this song is so huge, so great, with very catchy lyrics, rhythm, melody, just a really fun song.

I listen to a local radio station that plays classic rock. For What It's Worth is played frequently. I've loved that song since I 1st heard it on the radio. Plus the video is even better.

I read awhile back that Stills regretted 'penning' this song, I'm so glad he wrote it, just a great song, the only types of people that would take the lyrics to heart or as serious advice, would be your typical serial-killer/psychopath segment of society.

Had to comment again how bad this sucks when they don't play it the way originally composed in Drop G with acoustic guitars. Apparently most of us agree. It outright sucks. If you're going to continue playing this great song, play it right.
