I was 10 when this performance took place and I remember hearing about the one guys drug problem and being sad that they weren't together anymore. I wish they could get together again. I was introduced to this song by my ex wife so it's fitting I guess

After he died, gained an appreciation of how great of an artist he was. And his voice. Also, in the past, there were a lot of groups vying for our attention. The last half of the 20th century was the golden age of great pop music. While there are exceptions, today's music is made artificially in that it is not made with instruments. and seems pretty much the same. That also allows us to a second chance to discover something we had missed. Probably the more likely, I am getting older!!!

Saw them live front row for the Postcards tour. Their stage presence was unlike any other. Always a go to when in a bad or down mood. They were unbeatable live. They would make up raps based off the city or events of the day. Tremendous.
