I’ve recently found your channel and found myself tuning into every video. Spent 30 years of my life helping my grandfather out on his little farm and towards the end doing more and more so he was able to keep his animals to the end. You don’t realise how much a way of life is apart of you till it’s gone or how you will miss someone. During this lockdown when a lot of us are stuck at home, it’s nice to just follow the farming life through another, and it’s great to see how you treat the animals. Keep up the good work.

Another fantastic video I'd be a bit like yourself a kid in a candy shop lots of nice shiny things at Chippenham farm sales haven't got clue what a lot it does but it all nice shiny and new. Enjoyed the road trip and your right a lot of car drivers don't understand how much room you need when you're towing a trailer. It was so sweet the pictures you got sent from the children and yes I think your going to get a lot more 👍👍👍

25 miles in a modern tractor must be a breeze - couple of years back had a 30 mile round trip to fetch a baler in a Case 1194 top speed 15mph there bit slower back! Bounced out of the seat and off the accelerator a few times 😂

That cattle crush on a trailer is what we have and it’s really good but cost a bit more than we wanted it to but it does pay off and it’s about 25 thousand down here but definitely worth getting if you have the money

Oh Farmer p a shiny hew trailer f.rom Aberdeenshire ,been to there works ,even owned an eighteen foot that i converted to a plant trailer for a jz 70 that i had before i retired due to poor health pulled the outfit with a Belarus then a ford 7810 ,wish now i had kept it but hey got my boat now instead ,really enjoyed looking at toys myself ,yes arent they very moreish lol thank you for another great video

If I drove my tractor into the nearest town it'd be 80 miles round trip. Watching this video I became transfixed on the bizarre concept of driving a tractor to town. And stopping for traffic lights ? Hi there guys. Quick question... Is there any reason why ALL TRACTORS couldn't have a high 'road gear', so they could get nearer the speed limit on the 'A' roads, a bit like the JCB 'FASTRAC'.?🤔?. Is it that having those LARGE tyres on them, makes them uncontrollable, especially over bumps.? Or do you think that it's totally possible for the tractor manufacturers to incorporate such a gear.?🤔? I sprung tractor axels would be almost un steerable any faster, plus the heavy loads they pull could make them far too dangerous to go over 30mph.

I wouldn't mind a day out at that equipment yard with an expert to learn about it all. I once used an antique muck spreader with a wooden body (chain driven from the axle and the muck came out of the rear).

well it is a bit strange to almost have no traffic don't get used to it, it will change back. that drone flight will be watched a lot when farmer p gets home and thinks what do i want for the farm. mrs p will be standing ready with a hard stick to smack some sensibility in her man. and good luck with the girls and the little drivers lessons with the new trailer and when does Abbi learn to shift the gears. message for mrs p if farmer p dreams to much of the new shiny new stuff he wants to buy . hit him not to hard just enough that he stays alive.
