It provides a full body workout, targeting the quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, erectors, upper back, traps, lats, abs, biceps, triceps, forearms, and hand muscles. Some specific benefits include improved cardiovascular health and endurance, as well as increased muscle strength and power....If you're ever faced with a portage trail, or a situation you have to get to point A, from point B...aint no better way to train.

Good video Charlie..That tranquility there and that peacefulness on that property brings me back..Damn, it don't seem that long ago when I'd haul water in those blue 7 gallon jugs..It was a ways, and had 3 steps up to the cabin. What you're doing is the farmers walk..It's core strength conditioning. Anything less than a grip, like pinching plates don't give a guy whole body effects. Totally different muscle groups..arm training then. I'm still focused on those standing incline extension presses you did in that last video...I re-watched and noticed your footing too, and going back with the foot with bar in hand hits that upper chest more..than standing straight as if on a bench. I played around today, just 3 sets...and man you can target an array of shit. Another thing, a guy is gaining strength in areas you didn't know exist...weak spots?...whatever the hell ya want to call it....I have to slap 2 1/2 pounds on the bar every 6 days doing this routine....exposed a weak spot. Now I've done this movement before..but never stuck with it on a regular basis, but doing so shows a movement that is dying to progress...Damn... Got me thinking of some farmers walks now... 10-4
