My shoulders were hurting so I did Zerchers for a few months. Shoulders stopped hurting so back to regular squats. Taking time off a movement can really heal you up. The Zerchers build some power too!

I use straps on squats too, yes they are definitely high bar squat, good job Charlie.

I use deadlift straps for squats too. They work great and really save the shoulders
