Oh, where to start. So many salient points in this interview. Education is key for sure. There are so many misconceptions around farming. I also think we need many more small/er farms. It’d be nice to see a general workforce migration back to farming. And at the end there, you were talking about shopping. One of my fondest memories as a youth was going into “town”(lived on farm property but not farmers per say, and village was a collection of about 20 houses a post office, a garage, and a cold storage/variety store) on the weekend where we would get our groceries. Such great memories. If nothing else, Thank you for helping me remember such happy times.
