Thanks for sharing; your landmarks and experience. Your knowledge is a blessing. For all of us. To gain and learn for the future! So whether people care or not, don't think of it as so. Trust and believe in all you do and share! Because your teaching us to care in a way that most of had no reason to wonder about where our food comes from and what it takes to get it to our tables😮 we just buy it from the stores. So thank you so much! I look forward to watching your videos to appreciate life from another perspective ❤

They are definitely a very curious animal, with a lot more going on between those 2 ears than most people realize. I like how the Hoof GP describes cattle curiosity. It comes in two forms: "Ohh! What's that?" or "AHH! WHAT'S THAT!"

History is all about farm work as well. It is always interesting to learn about the history of a building and what you are using it for now. You make awesome videos, whatever you choose to show us, even repetitive things. The videos are never boring like some, they are informative, interesting and knowledgeable. How's that for feedback, lol?

Hi Tyler wow you have curious cows,I think they stand there going what is with this new gadget? They are cute, you amaze me with you inventions that you come up with,I bet you don’t get a whole day at thanksgiving to just put your feet up,I know with farming from going to my uncle farm when I was a kid he didn’t have much time off, the cows were in need of something.or other animals needed help, and from what I have seen at farm fairs it never stops,Canadians have had their thanksgiving now,we are getting colder weather and a bit of snow.Another great video,Take care from Toronto 🇨🇦

Look at Conestoga manure spreaders. They have an accessory called a fines pan... pretty much just catches the fines and forces them through the beater to get spread. I know my dad taught me growing up that wheat seeds leaf blades twist clockwise and oats leaf blades twist counter clockwise. Barely im not sure but that's how you can tell them apart in the first leaf stages

Interesting to see the early grass. Wonder if the other varieties will sprout soon as well, because we're seeing a fair amount of new growth. This is way earlier than usual. Also, rodents are such a huge pain. Only thing we've found that works is barn cats. Ours are part Bengal and are fantastic hunters. Wouldn't mind donating some to the cause, but we're a ways south.

I love when you see potential in everything. I grew up with my grandparents who were farmers. Dairy farmers. I don't believe I ever saw them throw anything out. Everything would become something else or be used in some other way. Now I'm like that too. Just FYI not in a hoarding type of way!

I’ve watched many times on KZbin where guys take a old tire that just fits snug enough to squeeze through your drain pipe and ties a chain around the tire runs the chain through the pipe and hooks the chain to a tractor or excavator boom and pulls the tire through the pipe and it essentially squeegees out all the gunk in the pipe. Looks like it works really well.

For the rats: Instant mashed potatoes mixed with plaster of Paris and just enough broth to make a dough works really well. Outside of that put six inches of water in a trash can cut a 2 inch hole in the lid and smear some peanut butter on the underside of the lid.

A bunch of cats are your best form of rodent control. The problem is: If you don't have anyone living over at the ranch to pet them and interact with them, they get to wandering and will soon wander off. We can't keep cats at our one place because no one lives there to interact with them. We feed them and look after them, but in the end they leave. On the other hand, here at the home place we have more cats than we need, but very few mice!
