The Hitch is off the tractor and taken to a different workshop with the right tools. A bit of precision engineering but the angle grinder still needed before a root weld. New pins are made in the lathe and after a touch in the hydraulic press then some professional welding, its not long until the pick-up hitch is good as new. Never forget the grease, a few nuts and bolts tightened and shes set ready to cart silage and should keep the trailer attached to the mighty john deere 7810

Fair play john #farmflix your doing a mint job on your lovely 7810 i love the front arms but what them guys done with the refurb on that hitch without a doubt they are gifted mechanical engineers ,the rounds they went to! Its so hard to get some1 now to do such a good job .i would recomend them to any1 all the very best with your new 7810 👌👌🚜🚜🤘😎#grass#keep her lit.

Something youll probably notice yourself after reading this, 1 think i like about the ford/ NH 40,Ts, TM , T5000 etc drop down or swing out hitches is the top of the hook goes up into a slot in the steel so takes a load of ware for them to be dangerous
