3:20 I run uncompressed but was neat to see it surges GPU load non-consistent as it is for disk requests. Kaspa it's popular! I want to set it up on a rig to gain experience. Another option for spare CPU cores is Folding@home, or World Community Grid cancer research. No profit but hey, science!

Thanks for the info. Will definately have a look at folding@home. Not sure if anyone is mining Kaspa on GPU rigs anymore, maybe in the US with a low electricity rate? Lots of power needed with little return. With Ice River bringing out bigger and better Asics all the time, its going to squash the little miner out with the hashrate increase. Thanks for watching

@@crypto-carlos I think defi-django has a mad-sized GPU farm mining KASPA and Kawpow. Yeah science crunching is my game Folding and BOINC projects but no profit. My electronics teacher in high school introduced me to the concept

I was thinking of replotting my chia plots to c30 compression. They are c0 now and not making much of anything at the moment. I really haven't found any good advice if it makes any sense to do anything anymore with chia.

None of us know what to do mate. You have to make the right decision for yourself at the moment. With the new plot format coming, I am sticking with what I have at C7. Who knows what this new format will be, what drives we will need, whether compression or GPU's will come into it? Not investing in any further hardware, drives or GPU at present until we know more. With the price so low at the moment the only people making profit will be those at high compression levels, but we know from what Gene has said that the plot filter change may jave affected them. I have yet to hear from the farmers who were telling me to switch to C15 or C30 if they had issues. All i can say is that I hope we all continue to support Chia through these bad times, and maybe, just maybe the good times will come again. Thanks for watching.

@@crypto-carlos in Unmineable there is a referral code - when you go to unmineable on your chia rig you can paste your referral code. On the Main page of Unmineable look for this section "If you have a Referral Code you can lower your mining fee to 0.75% , just add it after your worker name, separated by a # symbol:"

Yes, I have but in the majority of cases they wanted KYC, government id. Not saying it can't be done, but have not identified a secure way of purchssing crypto from here in the UK yet, unless we use UK Coinbase. I have used successful combo of Tradeogre and Coinbase a few years back before the UK gov got their hands on it. Thanks for watching.

Dude, upgrade your cpu to at least a Ryzen, Intel is crap for mining ghostrider.. i have a Ryzen 3600 6 core 12 thread and it walks your dual cpu. Goes 1.6kh and peaks at 7.0kh @ 90 watts.... Ghostriders algo changes the output...

Yeah...you are missing the point here.... Not buying,any new hardware, it was a video about utilising existing, dormant hardware...which the Dell is at present. Would love to have the cash to splurge on new kit, but sadly not. If you have some spare- send it my way 😂 thanks for watching.
