Buckin. Another great video of the surgical attack you can put on a piece of wood. With the proper tools you can do anything. I never thought I could be so interested in chopping wood and learning the right way to attack it. Wish I could find some of those bigger axe heads to hang in my neck of the woods. Glorious tools my friend.

I would love to follow you and pick up all the wood chunks that you split. Gathering and stacking is a great workout for me. Get to wear my comfortable gloves and smell wood. So many wood piles go to rot because they are not stacked and covered properly. People pay good money for the stuff but don't respect the natural resource. Rotting wood is good filler for raised beds gardening. 🌱🌱🌱🥦

BBR, My man I don’t exactly know why it is so satisfying to see someone split wood but it is. It has to be the love you have for it and the purity of doing hard work that helps others. You have made me see splitting wood as my outdoor gym. Plus it is free and smells a lot better!

However, your passion has ignited mine! Thank you, my friend, for lighting the fire on this wonderful endeavor! I'm learning so much! Love you all...❤️❤️❤️ Lieutenant Bradley

Hey Buckin’ and Army!!! Hope everyone is has a great week!! Buckin’ those axes are LAZER beams buddy!! I just hafted my second axe ever. It’s a 4lb plumb. Definitely more of a chopper than a splitter. I have another couple that I’m going to do here shortly. One is a sassy little plumb double bit that is pitted as all get out but she’s sweet!! Love the content brother!! Love to you and the family!! ❤️🤘

Hi Buckin: Thanks again for all your advice, and trade info. I have many ignored projects to deal with but now that I had to retire ! The old ways (18 - 30 yo) have become the only way to get it done ! Reality is lots of time to see your great videos and little funds to get equipment to do the work for me ! This winter I broke my 1st splitting mall handle " but I've used it for 35 years " I need help finding an axe like your " wood bullet " here in the Red Wing MN area ! Let me know if you have any suggestions on finding any followers near my area ? Thanks Pete Gans

I loved the video man. I have a question for you: I have a small jonsered 455 which runs perfectly, it idles for hours and cuts and everything, but when I leave it idling wherever I place it to idle it leaves a puddle of bar oil. What do you think causes this? Could it be that it is tuned just a little too high and it activates the oil pump?
