My Zimbabwean worker is working for me in South Africa, but we want him to build a small-scale business that his family in Zimbabwe can slowly start to build a self sustaining chicken business. Layers are definitely a lot easier in hot climates. We run a few flocks of broilers during the year but only for friends and family. Our egg layers are dual purpose birds so if we ever nee/want extra meat we can process them. Good video brother.
